This is a self portrait shot using 1 set of 1000w standing shop lights (Home Depot - $29), 1 500w floor shop light (Home Depot - $12) and one desk spot with a 100w natural spot (Target - $6) The 1000w light was 45deg camera left and behind as a main light. The 500w was 45deg camera right as a fill. The spot was sitting on a ladder camera left and behind the subject.
